As a skilled negotiator, Larry believes it is his job to fight to get his clients the best deal possible whether they are buying or selling real estate. Larry received his Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 1981.  After obtaining valuable business experience in a variety of marketing and management positions for AT&T, Larry returned to school, earning his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1988.  Upon graduation, Larry employed his education becoming a highly successful sales person and manager selling multi-million dollar systems to Fortune 100 companies.  Seeking a new challenge, Larry returned to school once again where he was awarded his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1995.  Though working full time, Larry still finished in the top 20% of his law school graduating class.  Immediately after obtaining his JD Degree, Larry, took and passed the California Bar Exam and became an Attorney.  After spending some time in various facets of law, he decided to expand his practice to include contract negotiations and tax planning.  With a growing list of clients interested in avoiding income taxes, a natural extension to his practice was to enter the field of Real Estate.  Still a licensed attorney and a member of the California Bar Association, Larry decided to shift his focus from Law to Real Estate.  Finding Real Estate to be a very rewarding profession and given his continued success in the field, Larry now focuses 100% of his energy working with people wishing to buy or sell Real Estate.
